Twiggs and Moore Gallery likewise gathers personal information to enable certain kinds of transactions, such as ordering products or communicating with an authorized dealer. Individual membership information may be shared with an authorized Greenwich Workshop dealer whom you specify. Types of Information Gathered Membership and MyGallery. To become a member of Twiggs and Moore Gallery community and create a personalized MyGallery site, we require users to provide a unique e-mail address-used both for customer communication and customer identification-and a six-character password. No other personal information is required, though members have the option of providing additional personal information later. Product Ordering and Dealer Requests. If members wish to ask a question of an authorized Twiggs and Moore Gallery dealer, or order a product from a dealer, those members are required to provide their full name and complete address, phone number. This information may be needed to complete the order or respond to a need or question. Members must also select a preferred dealer if they have not done so already. Additional demographic information may be asked but is not required for these site functions. Show-a-Friend. Although Twiggs and Moore Gallery membership is not required for this feature, users must provide their full name and e-mail address, as well as the recipients' e-mail addresses. The Greenwich Workshop will use this information to send the show-a-friend notification. Twiggs and Moore Gallery, along with its dealer network, reserves the right to collect, archive, and use this information for marketing and promotional purposes. Art Selection Committee. Members who join Twiggs and Moore Gallery Art Selection Committee are required to provide their name and contact information as well as other personal information needed for surveys and statistical analysis. No online purchases or financial transactions may be completed on Greenwichworkshop.com; therefore, no personal financial information (e.g. credit card number) is requested or stored. Use of Cookies Cookies are information files transferred to an Internet user's hard drive for record keeping and identification. The use of cookies is an industry standard; most major web sites use them.
